I am a dedicated reflexologist with an extensive 17-year journey specialising in fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care.
My passion lies in supporting individuals in their pursuit of optimal health and wellness through the transformative power of reflexology. Embarking on this fulfilling path in 2006, my interest in reflexology was ignited by its holistic approach to health and its profound ability to foster relaxation and overall well-being.
I pursued formal training with the International Institute of Reflexology, earning a level 3 diploma that granted me membership in The Association of Reflexologists.
In 2009, I broadened my expertise with a diploma in Maternity Reflexology under the guidance of Suzanne Enzer, a renowned expert in the field. This comprehensive training equipped me to confidently assist couples throughout their journey—from pre-conception to post-natal care.
Furthering my commitment to reproductive health, in 2012, I underwent specialized training as a Reproductive Reflexologist, mentored by Barbara Scott of Seren Natural Fertility and chairperson of The Association of Reproductive Reflexologists. This experience solidified my passion for the profound benefits that reflexology can bring.

Driven by a commitment to ongoing growth, in 2022, I undertook advanced training as a Reproflexologist, culminating in a dissertation titled 'Unexplained Infertility in Males aged 30-35'.
