About me

Rachel Carlse

My love of reflexology started in 2003 when I had reflexology (which I previously hadn't heard of) towards the end of my last pregnancy. Prior to this I had been in the corporate world of IT, but I knew that the corporate life wasn't 'my calling' let alone compatible with 3 small children. In 2006 after a few years as a childminder, I embarked on my journey as a reflexologist and I haven't looked back since!

I trained with the International Institute of Reflexology and gained a level 3 diploma which entitles me to be a member
of The Association of Reflexologists, who promote the professional standards of reflexology at the highest level.

In 2009 I gained a diploma in Maternity Reflexology training with Suzanne Enzer - a pioneering expert in this field.
This enabled me to work confidently with couples
pre-conceptually, throughout pregnancy, post-natally
and of course with their babies.

Realizing I had the ability to help couples on their journey to parenthood led me to train as a Reproductive Reflexologist under the expert guidance of Barbara Scott of Seren Natural Fertility and chairperson of The Association of Reproductive Reflexologists of which I am now a member. I can honestly
say that I have found my vocation - I am passionate about the work that I do and the benefits that reflexology can bring.

None of this dream would have been possible without the support of my wonderful husband and 3 fantastic sons!
