Helping couples on their journey to parenthood.
Only those who have taken this journey can possibly know the struggles involved - the heartache, the longing, the frustration, the pain.

Historically, infertility has been considered as a 'female' problem, but it is increasingly becoming acknowledged that 'male' infertility is not only on the rise, but is as big a part of the problem as female issues. Currently, it is estimated that a third of fertility problems are related to the female partner, a third are related to the male partner and a third are a joint problem, i.e. both parties have issues that are hindering conception.

Our fertility is affected by many lifestyle factors.
There are many conditions that have an impact on fertility
-
Polycystic Ovaries
-
Endometriosis
-
Irregular Cycles
-
Sperm/Semen Quality
-
Sperm DNA Fragmentation
-
Fallopian Tube Issues
-
Recurrent Miscarriage

This list is by no means exhaustive, but includes some of the more common conditions I see. Sometimes, however, there appears to be no reason and couples are given a diagnosis of 'unexplained infertility', which is incredibly frustrating and many couples just don't know what they can do.

Some couples wish to avoid assisted conception methods such as IVF, but feel as though they are 'rail-roaded' into it.

Your fertility is my passion! As your reproductive reflexologist, I would be delighted to support you on your journey towards natural or assisted conception. At all times, I will listen, explain, encourage and be honest with you.

In July 2022, I qualified as an advanced practitioner with the Association of Reproductive reflexologists - this qualification being the equivalent of a foundation degree. My dissertation was titled 'Unexplained Infertility in Males Aged 30-35' - this is an area that is often overlooked and is of particular interest to me.

Does it tickle? I have ticklish feet! No, not at all! I use quite a firm pressure in my treatments and clients who are worried about tickling have always been surprised at how 'non-tickly' the experience has been.
-
Can you always tell what's wrong with me?Not exactly. Reflexologists are not usually medically trained and as such are not qualified to diagnose. My aim is to pick up on areas of imbalance and talk to you about my findings.
