Education and testing are central to Reproflexology™, as they empower women to better understand their own menstrual cycles.
For instance, while a 28-day cycle is often considered "typical," not everyone follows this pattern, and even those who do may notice subtle differences.
That’s why a fundamental aspect of integrating reproductive reflexology into your fertility journey is learning about your unique menstrual cycle and identifying any issues that might be affecting it.
Examples of these issues include:
- Progesterone deficiency
- A shortened luteal phase (post-ovulation)
- Anovulatory cycles (when ovulation doesn’t occur)
Once these challenges are recognized, reflexology can be used to help address and manage them.
By gaining a deeper understanding of their menstrual cycles, women can pinpoint the optimal time when they are most fertile.
