Welcome to Feet in Fleet Reflexology - HampshireI decided to train as a Reflexologist after a career working with children. I wanted to continue in a caring role but something that allowed me to help adults and children in a holistic way, helping with all areas of life. It was my own experience of reflexology during pregnancy that helped me to decide upon reflexology. With 3 young children of my own I understand the challenges that modern life can present, and the need to take control.
I have a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and trained with the International Institute of Reflexology, who teach the original Ingham Method of Reflexology founded by Eunice Ingham in the 1930's. In 2007, the IIR merged its membership with the Association of Reflexologists (AOR - www.aor.org.uk). I am a member of both organisations.
My practise is primarily a mobile service meaning that you can have the treatment in the comfort and privacy of your own home. I live in Fleet, Hampshire and both the M3 and A30 are within easy access. I will happily travel to all surrounding areas including Fleet, Church Crookham, Crookham Village, Winchfield, Dogmersfield, Hartley Wintney, Hook, Yateley, Farnham, Blackwater, Hawley and Camberley. If necessary, I can travel further but an additional charge may be incurred. I am available for daytime and occasional evening appointments. I always try to be as flexible as possible. Visits to your place of work are also available.
Reflexology is beneficial to people of all ages and may bring relief from a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Many people use reflexology as a way of relaxing the mind and body. With ever increasing stress levels, it is important that people look after their own health care needs. Reflexology helps us to cope on a physical, mental and emotional level thereby encouraging us to heal and maintain health in all areas of our lives.
