I am a qualified and registered member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists, International Institute of Reflexology, Association of Reflexologists and have a diploma in Maternity Reflexology. I am based in Farnborough, Hampshire.
I provide general reflexology which is suitable for all ages. After having completed a course of treatments, many people find it beneficial to continue with regular sessions in order to maintain health and well-being. It is a wonderful form of relaxation, which leaves you feeling refreshed and ready to face the world again. I also offer Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage.
I am extremely passionate about the work that I do and feel very privileged to have such a wonderful job! Although, actually, I don't consider it to be a job - it is a vocation, an opportunity to fulfill my passion every day! How lucky am I? I have learned so much since I started my journey as a reflexologist, and I continue to learn - all the time. Fertility reflexology is so rewarding. I love attending training courses and of course commit to continuing professional development. I often explain it as though my basic training was like my basic toolbox. Then as I attended more courses I gained more tools to put in my toolbox - my toolbox has expanded so much since I started out and I know still has further to expand!!
My practise is in Farnborough, Hampshire and is close to the M3 and the A331, A31 and A325. It is near to the borders of Surrey and Berkshire and is easily accessible from Fleet, Farnham, Crondall, Guildford, Bentley, Aldershot, Hook, Yateley, Hartley Wintney, Camberley, Sandhurst and surrounding areas.
Reflexology offers increased relaxation, release of tension, improved sleep, improved mood and increased general well-being.
It is a complimentary holistic therapy - therefore the body is worked as a 'whole' - reflexologists do not treat for a specific condition and reflexology must never replace medical advice.

Sadly, for some couples, trying to conceive isn't an easy journey. Some are at the beginning of their journey and are at a loss as to why they aren't pregnant. Others already have a child yet don't seem to be able to conceive a second time. Others have experienced miscarriage, sometimes repeatedly, and then there are those who have medical conditions that interfere with the journey to conception. In my experience, most couples who have conception problems are told that they have 'unexplained infertility' , although I prefer to call this 'undiagnosed infertility'.

Your journey thus far resulting in this pregnancy may have been 'easy and short' or it may have been a very 'long and challenging experience'– whichever applies to you – Congratulations!
Pregnancy is one of the most special events a woman can experience in life. During the first trimester, huge changes in hormone levels take place and this can leave you with a range of emotions. You may wonder what to expect, you may feel exhilarated, fearful (especially if you have previously experienced miscarriage), weepy, delighted, anxious or exhausted - you might experience none of these or all of these - you might also feel nauseous. As your reflexologist, my intention would be to aid relaxation, de-stress and offer support.
By the second trimester, most of the discomforts of early pregnancy have diminished - this is the trimester that you are supposedly 'blooming', but not everybody feels fabulous. As your baby grows, other physical symptoms may appear - backache, hip pain, heartburn, indigestion are all common pregnancy complaints. As your pregnancy starts to show you may feel excitement or have mixed emotions about weight gain. Having reflexology would help you to relax and feel supported.
During the third trimester you may notice more physical symptoms as your growing baby starts to really take up space in your expanding tummy. Aches and pains are commonplace, you may feel heavy, weary, excited. Your feet and ankles may start to swell (especially in warm weather). You may struggle with sleep - because of discomfort or needing the toilet frequently. It is not unusual for your stress levels to rise as the birth becomes imminent. Reflexology can be helpful at this stage to promote general well-being, and to relieve some of these 'pregnancy niggles'. I will support you through this stage as you approach the birth of your baby and listen to your worries and concerns.

Are you interested in how the body is mapped out onto the feet? Reflexes in the feet correspond to all the major organs, glands and parts of the body and it is tactile disturbances in the reflexes than indicate to us as reflexologists of an imbalance.
